Murder // Hamburger, goat cheese, green, yellow and red pepper confiture.
Ingredients: 2 people, 245’21″, love; 2 burger Buns Beef mincemeat 100gr. 1/2 terrine Pâté Mustard 1 tbsp 1Egg Whisky 1 tbsp 1 small Green Pepper 1 small Yellow Pepper 1 small Red Pepper 100gr. Goat Cheese 2 tbsp Sugar 25gr. Rúcula 1tsp Fresh Lemon juice Olive Oil Salt Black Pepper Confiture Put the deseeded and finely chopped Peppers in a sauce pan with 1,5 cups of water, 2 tbsp Sugar,1 tsp Fresh Lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Cook it with a lid on a low heat for 4 hours. Hamburgers In a large bowl put 100gr. Beef mincemeat, 1/2 terrine Pâté, 1 Egg, 1 tbsp Mustard, 1 tbsp Whisky, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and stir to combine well. Then, cover the bowl with cling film and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes. After that make 2 hamburgers. Slice 4 slides of Goat Cheese. Put a sauté pan with 1 tbsp of Olive Oil on medium-high heat and when the oil is hot set the hamburgers down gently in the hot oil and when the hamburgers are brown on the bottom flip them over carefully and set the 2 Goat Cheese slides on top of each hamburger. When the burgers are done heat the Burger Buns until lightly toasted. Then set the hamburgers on bun bottoms and put some Rúcula on bun tops. Serve with Pepper confiture on the Goat Cheese.
