Perfect Model Management was established by Laetitia and Vincent Joly in 1995, as the result of a merger between an ex-model and an ex- HR Director with shared visions and passions. A unique combination of extensive modeling experience on the one hand, and strong understanding of recruitment, people and project management on the other, has contributed to the agency's distinctive and multidimension
al industry approach. Our work is stamped with profound respect for all industry professionals, and we believe in the importance of nurturing talent by accompanying our models towards a positive and international career progression. At the same time, we are dedicated to observing the latest trends and constantly adapting ourselves to the changing market. Our mission as a dynamic and forward-looking agency is to pro-actively meet our clients' local and international needs. Today, we are proud to represent a large number of successful models (165 women, 110 men, and 600 children worldwide) - including several holders of the prestigious Miss France title as well as one of the world's best-ranked supermodels, Manon Leloup. The recent opening of our Perfect Model Management Hong Kong agency allows us to strengthen our global presence by bringing our 20 years of industry expertise onto the Asian markets.
