Our last karting event in 2024 was not a race but instead an advanced training course, from the state-sponsored #科学健身指导活动系列 programme.
The PS Esports Racing team was expecting a refresher course plus some off season practice, though a few of our fellow 'students' had something else in mind, and we met some fierce karters who easily matched our pace throughout the course.
The day then turned into a golden opportunity to practice defending under blue flag conditions, and passing lapped cars without dropping lap times, having close to 25 karts on track at any one time.
The team maintained good composure and stayed at the front in both the 60cc and 80cc class. Although there were no prizes to reward our satisfactory results, we managed to meet many new friends who were having 100cc races and X30 class trainings.
All in all, a fantastic day to wrap up the 2024 season!
