Hello everyone, Claire here… I hope you are all well and enjoying a bit more freedom. Two years of covid restrictions and then cancer to deal with put a sudden stop to all of our productions here at Studio Kerkyra. I am now well on the way to a full recovery and methinks to pick up my role as Producer again and to start kicking the boys back in to shape with an exciting new project!! This season will be a journey into Ancient Greece exploring the origin of gastronomy its history and culture. Experimenting with ancient recipes and cooking on fire using ancient techniques while trying to live off the land. Adrian Marvell Thomas Haas
