During the 3rd Project Meeting in Varna, the Institute of Fish Resources - Varna organized an insightful field trip🐠

We had the opportunity to visit a local aquaculture farm, where the farmers shared valuable insights about the local species cultivated, and sustainable farming methods, and discussed the challenges of the sector. Seeing sustainable aquaculture in action truly highlights the importance of innovative practices like those promoted by AZA4ICE.

🌍AZA4ICE participated in two influential events in Bečići, Montenegro: the Green Horizons of Economic Development regional conference on October 21, 2024, and the annual Montenegro 2024 Conference on Economy organized by the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro on October 22-23.

The Green Horizons conference focused on how companies can reduce carbon emissions and adapt their operations to environmental standards as well as on the role of the private sector as a key driver of greening the economy.🌱

The annual conference on economy was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Berlin process. Among different topics discussed, one of the panels was dedicated to the question - Is There a Green Europe Without the Green Western Balkans?
