We all know the power of a hug or a kind word to make us feel better. It's amazing how something so small can have such a huge impact on our feelings. But something that often gets overlooked is how powerful our words of affection can be for others. Whether it's a simple "I love you," a thoughtful compliment, or a heartfelt expression of gratitude, our words of affection can be a powerful way to let people know how much we care about them.

The beauty of expressing our affections for others is that it can be done in so many different ways. We can look someone in the eye and tell them how much we appreciate them, or we can send a handwritten letter to show how much we care. We can surprise someone with a small token or a thoughtful gift. And we can also verbally express our feelings through thoughtful conversations, thoughtful words, and even through poetry or song.

No matter how we choose to express our affections, it's important to remember that our words and actions have the power to make someone's day just a little brighter. So why not take a moment to show someone you care? Let's all take a moment to spread a little bit of love, kindness, and affection in the world today.

Γειά σε όλους.Με λένε…Δεν είναι αυτό που έχει σημασία τώρα -το πώς με λένε.Σημασία έχουν αυτά που θέλω να πω.Βαρέθηκα, κουράστηκα, μπούχτησα.Από τότε που με θυμάμαι, από τότε που ήμουν μικρός σε ηλικία άνθρωπος, και εμφανίστηκε ο διαβήτης, τίποτα δεν είναι εύκολο.Προσπαθώ διαρκώς να βρω θετικά σημεία σε όλη αυτήν την κατάσταση, αλλά αδυνατώ....
