My Greek TV show Romaic Rumination hosts Dean and Peter discuss Archbishop Iakovos. Archbishop Iakovos was the Greek Orthodox Archbishop of America. At the Selma march, he was the only white cleric who marched with him.

Dean and Peter discuss muslims in the Ottoman Empire who help defend innocent Greeks from the fury of the Sultan during the Greek War of Independence in 1821. Çerkes Halil Efendi asked for the Sultan to separate the innocent from the guilty, as it was written in the Quran, and denied to approve the fatwa. Then the Sultan, enraged, removed Haci Halil from his position and banned him to the island of Lemnos.
