PERSONALITIES OF THE YEAR (TELEVISION)

The individuals must possess some or all the following traits which set them apart from their peers and make audiences positively anxious to tune in whenever they are on screen;

• Personality must exude confidence, class, style and gusto which excites viewers.
• Personality consistently presents content in an articulate manner.
• Presenter should have the ability to inspire the viewers to go out and make a positive impact in their community and the nation.
• Gestures, Mannerisms and Costuming must be consistently on point.
• Presenter should deliver research and investigations in an entertaining and simple manner.
• Presenter should have good presentation skills. The analysis of complex matters should be handled expertly so the layman can understand.
• Vitally, Presenter must be capable of handling interviews with ease and class.
