Gold Cedi Record Label Ltd (“GC”, “Gold Cedi “or “Gold Cedi Records”) is incorporated under the Ghana companies code, 1963(Act 179). Gold Cedi Record Label is an unusual but sustainable business model that aims to vindicate the unlimited possibilities and importance of African music as an art gifted to its chosen producers dotted across the world. The company was founded on the 21st August 2013 by

Michael Adjei as an Accra registered LLC, a gifted entrepreneur with an endless passion, insight and understanding of the unique art and its industry. The business operates to promote several talented African and worldwide individuals and bands. Gold Cedi Record Label engages in managing of brands and trademarks, coordinating the production, manufacturing, distribution, marketing and promotion, and enforcement of copyright protection of sound recordings and music videos; conducting talent scouting and development of new artists (“artists and repertoire” or “A&R”); and maintaining contracts with recording artists and their managers among others.
