I have been looking at this picture ever since this whole attack on Ps. Elvis and Alpha Hour started. And I have been asking myself one question over and over, that who amongst his team could take such a picture at such time and bring it out to the public?
I think it's time our Men of God take a critical look at the people they allow into their inner circles.

I believe strongly this is a scheme of the enemy that we need to become aware of and take practical steps to prevent more of such mockery coming up.

UNDERSTANDING THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY GIFTS. Ep3
Ephesians 4:11-12 (KJV)
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
[ 12 ] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Welcome to another episode of our weekly digest of the word of God. In this week's episode, we continue on our journey on understanding the Five fold ministry gifts.
In our previous studies we have come to understand the purpose of these ministry offices given by the Lord. In this week's article, we will move a step further to know the individual function and characteristics of all these ministry gifts. The first on our list is the Ministry of an Apostle.
The Greek word for an Apostle is the word "apostolos", which means: a messenger, one sent forth with oders or a delegate. This explanation tells us the function of an Apostle. They are the ones that sets forth oder in terms of doctrine in the church. They lays the foundation and approve any doctrine in the church. Apostles are sent forth with a specific message for the church. In fact they are the ones that lays the foundation of every ministry. (Ephesians 2:20).
There are signs that distinguishes one as an apostle. ( 2Corinth 12:12). To be called an apostle is not just a title, but it is an office that comes with responsibilities and requirements. So in the early church, in matter of concern that got to do with doctrine, it was always carried to the apostles for the final decision and approval. There are also false apostles and liars in the church, ( 2 Corinth 11:13, Rev 2:2). This doesn't mean God is not using men as Apostles in our generation. There are genuine Men of God chosen in our days by the Lord to be apostles, to set orderliness in the church. God is has chosen such men to bring back specific messages which are lost from church. They have been chosen to correct the anomaly that has been caused by false and deceitful men.
Brethren, let the light of this message and the Holy Spirit guide you in knowing the truth in Christ.

UNDERSTANDING THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY GIFTS (Episode 2)

[ 12 ] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Welcome to another episode of our weekly digest of the word of God. In this week's article, we will continue with our study last week. We understood from our study last week the difference between the gifts of the Spirit and the five fold ministry gifts.
In this week's episode, we want to go further and know the purpose of the five fold ministry gifts, before we go to thier individual functions. Dr. Myles Munroe of blessed memory once said " where purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable". And many are abusing these offices because they have not come to the realization of their true purpose. This is what we seek to address in our study this week. So join me us we allow the word of God to speak for itself.
In the verse 12 of our text of study, the purpose of these ministry gifts are clearly stated. For perfecting the saints, for the work of the ministry and for the edifying the body of Christ. The apostle Paul give three distinct purpose for which the Lord gave these gifts to the church. Please before you disagree with me because that is not what your pastor said, continue with the reading to understand.
First of all perfecting the saints: that is to bring the saints unto maturity in Christ. And this is further explained in verse 13 of the same chapter. To make the saint ready and prepare for thier devine purpose and assignments.
Secondly, for the work of the ministry: that is for service in the body of Christ. Meaning anybody called to any of these office is to be a servant in the body of Christ. This is clearly seen in all the writings of Paul and the other Apostles, always referring to himself as the servant of the Lord. To serve and prepare others too for the same service
Lastly, for the edifying of the body of Christ: to edify means to build up and to nourish, that is for the building up of the church, to bring the church together as one army for the Lord. And this is also explained in the first sentence of the verse 13 of our text for today.
Child of God, the five fold ministry gifts were not giving by the Lord for the personal gain or benefit of anyone, but for the sake of His church. Don't abuse what has been given to you, by using your office to take from the church instead of giving. Let your ministry fulfill any of these three things we have spoken about, and your labour in the Lord will not be in vain.

Welcome to another episode of our weekly digest of the word of God.
In this week's article, we want to learn and understand the five fold ministry gifts that was given by the Lord to the Church. We want to understand why He gave them to the church and their individual functions and benefits to the church. Join us as we dive deep into this message.
Many believers have asume that the gifts of the spirit and the ministry office are the same, but they are not. There are nine gifts of the spirit that Paul the apostle spoke about in 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. These are: the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, the gift of Faith, the gift of healing, working of miracles, the gift of prophecy, discerning of spirits, diverse kinds of tongues and the interpretation of tongues. These gifts of the Spirit is not the same as the five fold ministry gifts in our text for today. These gifts of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal, as Paul said in the verse 7 of 1 Corinthians 12. Any member of a church can operate in any of these gifts, but it is not a call into any of the five fold ministry office.
For example, one can operate in the gift of prophecy but that doesn't mean that that person has been called into the office of a prophet. That is why many people are calling themselves prophets in the body of Christ today, just because they can prophesy but in reality they have not been called into the office of a prophet. These gifts accompany's the call into any of the five fold ministry office. Anyone who has been called specifically into any of the five fold ministry office can operate in any of the gifts of the Spirit as the Holy Spirit may grant him. These five fold ministry offices are: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Teachers and Pastors.
We will dive deep into all the five fold ministry office to know their functions, characteristics and what it means to be called into any of these offices. Make sure you follow Multibiz TV to get notification anytime we post an update

REVEALING JESUS FROM THE SCRIPTURES

Our study today is a conclusion of our previous studies for the past three weeks. Our focus this week is to give examples of the things written concerning Christ which has been our anchor scripture from the beginning of this studies.

The Apostles preached about Christ in their days, but they didn't have the new testament section of the Bible at their time. Which means that, apart from they talking about the deeds of Jesus when He came, they were also using the old testament section of the Bible to preach Christ.
A topical example is what transpired between Philip and Ethiopian eu**ch in Acts 8:27-38. The portion of the scripture that this eu**ch was reading was Isaiah 53. In the verse 35 of Acts chapter 8, the Bible says "Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus." Philip preached Christ to this man not from the new testament section of the but the old testament section.
This goes further to establish that indeed there things the old testament section of the Bible that were written concerning Christ.
We will take another example from Genesis 49:10, "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be." This was a prayer Jacob prayed for his son Juda, whose name is now the tribe of Judah. This prayers were more of a prophecy of what will happen in the future. In this prophecy, we see where the Messiah will come from which is the tribe of Judah. And indeed it was the tribe of Judah that our Lord Jesus came from.
We will look at our last example from Duet 18:15-19. Moses also prophesied and confirmed what God told him, that he will raise a prophet like him (Moses). And in the new testament Stephen also confirmed this scripture in Acts 7:37. Peter also confirmed this scripture in Acts 3:22. All this goes to establish that indeed there are things written concerning Christ in the old testament section of the Bible.
Beloved of God, we live in an information age where information abounds everywhere. Don't let ignorant people school you and feed you with fables. Let the Holy Spirit guide you to get more knowledge from the scriptures. Decide from today that you will not settle for fables but you will seek the right knowledge from the word of God to grow in the Lord
My prayer for you is that God will open the eyes of your understanding to apprehend this Truth. Amen
