Please, respectfully, could anyone get the Vice President (the established NPP Flag bearer, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, or his spokesperson or his paid proponents (Kofi Bentil and other NPP Communicators) to help me with answers to the following questions without insults and lies, as they are noted for.
In fact, I have been wondering...
Where Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia was when his "Godfather", now his immediate Boss, and Ken Ofori Atta (the only financial wizard in the NewPatriotic Party, even though they say they have the men) were thinking of imposing E-Levy on the ordinary Ghanaian (no matter his status - the unemployed, the aged, the blind and other physically challenged, etc.)- in as much as you send money electronically, you have to pay the government?
Where was he when the bill was being considered at Cabinet Meetings, as Head of the so-called "FANTASTIC" Economic Management Team?
Where was he when the NDC and other Opposition Parties, Civil Society Organisations, and some Religious Organisations kicked against the passing of the Bill?
Where was he when his wife (Samira Bawumia) and other NPP leading members were jubilating at a party they had used our taxes to organise to celebrate the bill's passing, in the light of strong opposition from the NDC MPs?
Where was he when Mobile Money Agents were complaining about a drop in their sales after the bill came into effect?
Where was he when John Mahama emphatically announced that the NDC will cancel the E-Levy when it takes over power in 2025?
Where was he when his Government Communicators and other leading NPP Members were lambasting the NDC and John Mahama for assuring the people of their intention to cancel E-Levy?
Where was he when the Ghanaian public was calling on him to state his position on E-Levy?
Why didn't he play his role as the so-called then "Economic Messiah" and now turned into the "Mr. Digitalisation" and currently the best advisor to the Presidency and the entire MMDA's as well as Municipal and District Assemblies (since he claims every good achievement under Nana Addo resulted from the advice from his Office, at the same time distancing himself from their failures by saying that he was not in charge)?
Was it that he didn't want to stand the wrath of his "Godfather" i.e. Nana "Akp3fu Adu" and the Akyem Mafias in the NPP?
Or he was patiently waiting for them to fail so he would offer himself as the one that could do better?
Did he really read carefully, and understand the mandate of the Office of the Vice President or his role as the head of the Economic Management Team that he himself publicly acclaimed as "FANTASTIC", the best that Ghana had ever had?
Is it that he intentionally decided to sleep on his job as Vice President or he was (as other's have tried to put up a defence for him) sidelined or ignored in issues of the sort.?
If he was actually, ignored or sidelined, then how is it that he claim he was the main brain behind all achievements as far as digitilasation under the NPP is concerned?
Is it not the case that he has decided to put a stab in the back of his "Godfather" and that of the Akyem Mafia as well as all the NPP MPs who fought tirelessly to get E-Levy passed?
Has he considered the fact that he will need the NPP Members in Parliament to support, debate and vote for any policy, bill, or proposal from the Presidency or Cabinet in order to give it legal backing?
What if the NPP MPs kicked against it at the Parliamentary level, since they were, and are still in support of E-Levy, what will happen to his promise of canceling it?
What then will happen to the development; good roads, hospitals equipped with modern health facilities, jobs, and all the things that his NPP gurus said the E-Levy was going to give Ghana when passed, of which Ghanaians are still waiting years after its passage?
Or he is just trying to hold onto the strategy of deceiving the people to get their VOTES (which is the power), after getting the POWER, then they will show the people where POWER lies.
What has happened to
(a) 1D1F?
(b) 1Village 1Dam?
(c) 1Constituency
(d) 1 million dollars per year?
(e) Agenda 111? and the many other promises before and after 2017 even after they assumed governance
If he genuinely is against E-Levy, why didn't he at least let his voice be heard when it mattered most?
Will it then, be fair for the ordinary Ghanaian to describe him as not being "Man Enough"?
Or is it the case that he has decided to betray the trust and confidence his "Godfather" and the NPP leadership as well as the 118,210 (61.4%) delegates who voted for him had in him?
