It is therefore important you put in place some best practices in place to be on top of your game always.

Here are 6 such practices you can do as a business on social media to help endear your brand to your clients and keep them for the long term.

1. Reply as quickly as possible on social media.

It is important to always respond to customers' questions, feedback and comments on time to make them feel prioritised. A timely response would make your brand trusted by the customers

2. Know which social media posts should be resolved in public and private.

Depending on what type of issue a customer comes up with, you should know which to address in the public especially if it might be a general problem and which you must do in private.
General issues could be addressed through blogs, social media posts etc.

3. Respond to all social media feedback, questions and comments.

If you are like me some 2,3 years ago, you probably just created accounts on different social media platforms just for the sake of it.
