THE UNDEMOCRATIC PERIOD UNDER THE 4TH REPUBLIC-(A BREACH OF DEMOCRACY)
On Thursday July 24th, 2012. The flag of Ghana was lowered nationwide as the country was in a moment of sorrow. The sitting President had passed away and it was indeed such a difficult period.

In accordance with clause six (6) of article 60 of the 1992 constitution, which states; "Whenever the President dies, resigns or is removed from office, the Vice-president shall assume office as President for the unexpired term of office of the President with effect from the date of the death, resignation or removal of the President." The then Vice-president was sworn in by Parliament with immediate effect.

We had lost a sitting President and we had already gotten a new President in less than 24 hours. Certainly, the administration of the state was back on track. Now, the ultimate question is; was the newly sworn in President eligible to hold such office?

It's a certain "NO" for me and it's because the article 35,

A LETTER TO THE GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE
To the general public, I sincerely appeal to you that you uphold the following suggestions I am about making and by anyway ensure that this message reaches the attention of the Director General of Ghana Education Service.

Dear Mr. Director General, I admit that the Ghana Education Service has over the years been honorable in terms of duties and functions but to my knowledge, the structure created to run education here in Ghana is very problematic therefore resulting as a factor that interferes in the growth of our country.

I have taken a while to examine the whole system as I have come up with crucial suggestions which when taken into consideration would help better and ease the educational structure in this country.

MODE OF APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS: The introduction of Teacher Licensure Examination has revealed the level of importance the teaching profession is. But literally, it is of a huge task when dealing with humanity,
