Shiatse Eduational Fund headed by the Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Odododiodioo has awarded a full scholarship to Nii Larkotey Otoo, the Jamestown boy who has 8As in the wassce.

The scholarship is to cover his four-years tertiary education at the University of Ghana Legon.
