The G*ERR Regional Commander, his abled Regional Training Coordinator, and the whole G*ERR Regional office wish to express their profound gratitude to all Commanders for your efforts and support towards the successful planning and implementation of the G*ERR May 2024 Ranger Mentors (RM), Ranger Safety (RS) Trainings and Curriculum Orientation.

Hope this notice finds you well.

Due to challenges beyond our control, the G*ERR Regional training scheduled for Ranger Mentor (RM) and Ranger Safety (RS) on the 5th and 6th of April 2024 has been rescheduled to 24th of May 2024.

The G*ERR Regional office apologizes to everyone for any inconvenience caused by this changes.

This step may support more people to register.

All Leaders/Commanders are being informed and invited to the G*ERR upcoming training schedule.

Royal Rangers Academy through the various RR trainings provide the needed skills and knowledge all Commanders/Leaders for the effective ex*****on of the RR Leaders' task.

*Date/Period:* Friday 5th and Saturday 6th April 2024. (From Friday evening to Saturday)
*Reporting Time:* 5:00pm of Friday 5th April 2024.
*Closing Time:* 5:00pm of Saturday 6th April 2024
*Venue:* AGGAR RETREAT CENTER, SHAI HILLS
*Courses:*
- Ranger Mentors Training (Certificate)
- Ranger Safety Training (Certificate)
- Curriculum Orientation and use of RR log book (free)

- Preregistration fee: GH¢40.00
- Registration Period: From 5th March - 30th March 2024.

In recognising and appreciating the selfless and dedicated service towards the RR ministry, GAR and G*E RR over the period, the G*E RR Regional office has presented a Recognition Of Service Citation in honour of Cmdr. Frank Aryeh (Former G*E RR Regional Missions Coordinator) to him on the 25th of June 2023.

In attendance was the Victory AG Pastors, Cmdr. Isaac Osei-Antwi (the G*E RR Regional Production & Logistics Coordinator), Teshie RR District Executives led by the DC (Cmdr. David Hukporti) and some MM executives.

This forms the second part of an appreciation package of which its first part was presented to him on the 4th of March 2023.

RC wishes to take this opportunity to appreciate the service and role played by every leader of the G*ERR ministry.
God bless and strengthen us all to do more.

OUTPOST CHARTERING

1. Advantages to chartered outposts:
Chartering is a means of registering the existence of an outpost with Royal Rangers International (RRI) through the district, regional and national offices, to affiliate with the ministry in all things, and its sanctions by this international body.
Therefore, a chartered outpost bears some advantages over uncharted outposts which includes;
- Rangers from the chartered outpost stand to pay a lower fee at events, programs and activities like camping, games, training, etc organized by either the regional or national office.
- Rangers from the chartered outposts stand to pay a lower cost for the purchase of materials, souvenirs, etc like patches, uniforms, etc from the regional/national office.
- Rangers from the chartered outposts stand to be considered first before attending to the uncharted outpost.

2. Chartering window.
In a bid to ensure systematic process and correct monitoring of the chattering as far as the region is concerned, Accra East Regional Royal Rangers has therefore identified the 'CHARTERING WINDOW' as:
- This period will be the months of September, October and November, and it will be the month within which all chartering will take place.
- Any outpost that refuses to charter/renew within this period will loose the opportunity to do so until the next window opening.
- This will help the region to meet its reporting responsibility towards the national office before the end of the calender year.

Training online Registration.

1. Pay the registration fee(GH95.00 for chartered or GH105.00 for Unchartered) to the VodaCash Number and name: *0209991681* and Bismark G*E Ofosu respectively.
NOTE: State *'RM-'* + the first word of the outpost's name or outpost # as the momo reference. But in the case of payment as a district, send the outposts involved to the regional Administration after stating *'RM'* + the district name as the momo reference.
2. Alert the G*E RR Regional F&A through a *call or WhatsApp on* 0249219867 to receive the online portal credentials.
3. Login with online credentials to: https://campogaer-portal.herokuapp.com/ to complete the registration process.
