But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be found to deserve judgment.

MY GENERATION

The saddest truth is that many Christians can easily identify a powerful and true sermon. Some even go ahead to clap to it. But unfortunately, only a minute insignificant number of Christians practice the word of God in the sermons.

If only we are doers of God's word, how glorious life will be. How happy many homes will be! Eternity will judge many Christians as fools; they knew the truth, but the truth never profitted them because they didnt find the need to practice them.

Solomon will look at promiscuous Christians and wonder at them. He will tell them if I had a Bible, I wouldn't make the mistakes I made. Jonah will look at the faces of Christians who had bibles and yet disobeyed God with great dismay. S***m and Gomorrah will wonder at a generation with bibles yet fought for gay rights.

My generation is sitting beside a an overflowing well of living waters, yet very thirsty. Oh my generation, we know all that God wants but have refused to do them. A highly educated generation yet refusing to read and practice the greatest book in history. Indeed, we are without excuse. Be a true practicing Christian for just a month and see how much the world around you will appreciate it.

Those who claimed women are not suppose to preach or do the work of God, is Galatians 3:28 missing in your Bible???

If your church doctrine is against women using their gifts or potentials to build the kingdom of God, you have to start leaving that religious center... Is not a healthy place for you

Aunty Abena, I'm 53 years old, divorced with no child and my biggest regret is not listening to my mother when I was a teenager.

There was this guy I became friends with when I was in middle school. My mother kept warning me to not mingle with him because he wasn't from a good family. I became pregnant and we were both afraid of what our parents will do to us. He took me to a doctor who removed the fetus. I later found out he was a quack doctor.

After the abortion I was bleeding and thought it was normal, but when after a week I was still bleeding, I told my boyfriend and he took me back to the doctor who gave me some medicine. It didn't stop. I became very weak. I didn't want to tell my mother the truth but only told her I didn't know why my me**es wasn't stopping. She made us go the traditional way and herbs were given but it was the same thing. I nearly died Abena.

It was when I was finally rushed back to the hospital that I had to tell the doctors the truth and they did their checks to know I had an incomplete abortion. This caused an infection. I nearly died from it so they had to remove my womb.

Do you know that a few months after that, this boy ended things with me because he said his parents wouldn't accept someone without a womb? My mother never forgave me for this until the day she died.

I couldn't tell my husband the truth until he finally find out. He didn't forgive me for it and asked for a divorce after 8 years of marriage. I'm finally with a man who has children but doesn't want any more children but I still regret not having my own children.
That's my biggest regret

Don't look at the physical maturity of anyone before you believe what they are teaching

Don't look at the number of years they are into ministry before you believe their teachings

The true knowledge of God has nothing to do with this things

Let's humble ourselves to learn the truth...

Growth is a continues process and the moment you feel like you have arrived... You will never learn new things again

And this is what is producing ignorant people in the body of Christ..
