The Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GGSA) has warned the residents of Accra to be expectant for more earth tremors in the future. According to the GGSA, Accra is in an earthquake zone and it is normal for the region to experience such tremors from time to time. The Principal Seismologist at the GGSA disclosed this in an interview with Citi News following two earth tremors that hit part of the country....

Six persons are feared dead in an accident near the Macdan Sports Stadium area on the Sege-Aflao road in the Greater Accra Region. The accident occurred on Friday, 9 December 2022. Ten other persons are in critical condition at the Ada Regional Hospital at Matsekope. It involved a Ford Escape and a tipper truck.
