REVIEW OF THE FIRST CHOICE PAPER NIGHT EVENT!
It's unfortunate that the show did not meet my expectations. The organization of the event was commendable, with a lot of effort put into it from the initial idea to the day of the event. However, the promotion of the event was lacking, as the organizers did not employ promoters and failed to invite relevant individuals, causing confusion for attendees.
The MC, Zuuuuuuku, was unable to keep the audience engaged when artists were not on stage and failed to acknowledge dignitaries, sponsors, and media personnel, resulting in a lackluster performance. The photographers and graphic designers also fell short in their responsibilities, with poor graphics and cover art for the show. It seemed as though they did not put in the effort or pay for quality designs. Additionally, the photographers seemed unresponsive and unwilling to take pictures without being asked, leaving attendees without any candid shots.
Despite these shortcomings, the attendance was encouraging, showing support from the people of Gushegu. The overall review of the show is 20 out of 100%, indicating significant room for improvement. It is important for the organizers to learn from this experience and focus on enhancing their organization for future events. Congratulations to the team for a successful show, and I hope they can address these issues in their next event. 🎉🎊
