This age-old proverb highlights the diversity of our preferences, values, and experiences. What works for one person may not work for another, and what one person cherishes, another might reject.

In our various roles – whether as leaders, colleagues, friends, or family members – we often encounter situations where we hold more influence than others. It is in these moments that our character is truly tested. The temptation to impose our will on others can be strong, but we must resist it. Instead, we should strive to foster an environment of respect and understanding, recognizing that everyone has their own unique journey and perspective.

Taking advantage of someone’s vulnerable position, belittling them, or dismissing their views not only diminishes them but also diminishes us. It erodes trust, creates division, and fosters an environment of fear and resentment. Instead, let us use our influence to uplift, support, and encourage one another. Omanhene of Agona Nsaba Traditional Area Initiates Community Classes to Boost Student Performance

The Omanhene of the Agona Nsaba Traditional Area, Okeseku Afari Mintah III, has launched an ambitious community classes initiative. This program is designed to provide supplementary education to students, offering them the extra support they need to excel in their final Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

The initiative will involve a team of dedicated teachers who will guide the students through their studies, ensuring they have a firm understanding of materials and are well-prepared for their exams.

Recognizing the critical role education plays in the development of the community, the Traditional Council, along with the Education Committee, has fully endorsed this program.
