*THE RISE OR FALL OF NPP IN THE 2024 ELECTIONS,THE ROLE OF HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES,A LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT*
_ODEHYEABA NANA AMPONSAH'S TAKE_
Is unhidden fact that the president of a country alone can not administer over all sectors of the country, that's why we have a saying in akan that *BAAKOFUO NSA NSO NYAME ANI KA TA*, which implies that *Two heads are better than 1*.
So there is the need for the president to appoint various individuals to sphere head the affairs on his behalf but they must do things in accordance to protecting the dignity and the credibility of the president or the C.E.O of the country.
Like to ask if that is exactly what is happening in our country of late ?., answer for your self.
The president is an elected position through a party elections thereby making him accountable to his citizens and party folks through which he came to power , like to ask if the appointees are liable to the citizens or the president who appointed them ?.
These appointees who are expected to spearhead and protect the dignity in our party and country lately, are seen living exorbitant lifestyles, is more like these appointees who are to work in the interest of the state and the general populace are seen working for their own parochial interest
So if the appointees who are to work in the interest of the president and thereby working for the general interest of the ordinary citizens are seen working for their own personal gains by leaving exorbitant and flashy lifestyle which negatively affect the wellbeing of the ordinary citizens and the party at large.
Why should such individuals be left to stay in office knowing that at the end the government or party in office will pay dearly for their demonic acts.
The most annoying part of it all is that some agencies think of themselves as independent example,State own universities and tertiary hospital, which I totally disagree.
If the head's of such institutions are appointed by the political leaders
