A newly construction gutters put up at Ampedwee, sub village at Koforidua the capital of Eastern Region of Ghana, was found another waste State Fund, where new roads is being constructed together with gutters.
In construction of farm roads that links people of AMPEDWEE, ISRAEL, NYAMEKROM and other villages around that produce farms products to Koforidua and Suhum,
Where newly constructed gutters were patched with cement mortar and destroyed by rain.
The construction lack cement works.
