During one of my Sunday tours, I serendipitously encountered the Mayor of Akosombo and his team diligently inspecting an ongoing project near the Akosombo filling station. Engaging in a warm conversation, I seized the opportunity to pose pertinent questions regarding Akosombo's development.

In the midst of our discussion, I conveyed some concerns raised by the community, only to be pleasantly surprised by the ambitious developmental projects slated for Akosombo. The Mayor spared no detail, articulating the many projects underway and expressing a commitment to accomplish them expeditiously.

Among the noteworthy projects mentioned are:
1. Reconstruction and enhancement of the community center
2. Replacement of the old stadium with the construction of an AstroTurf
3. Ongoing rehabilitation of the Akosombo market
4. Refurbishment of the Akosombo lorry station
5. Establishment of recreational centers in proximity to the computer, with the project already in progress
6. Expansion of asphalt roads
7. Several other initiatives

All these endeavors align with the Smart City agenda for the Akosombo community.
The Mayor conveyed gratitude to the VRA top executives for their substantial support in realizing this transformative vision.

In the bustling streets of Damcity,
Where the lights shine bright and pretty,
There's a humble blogger of the East,
A man with words that never cease.
Reindolf Botchway is his name,
His blog is where he finds his fame,
With a click of a button, he shares his thoughts,
And in the virtual world, his voice never rots.
Through his words, he paints a picture,
Of Damcity, a place of wonder and adventure,
Of towering buildings and busy streets,
And the sound of footsteps that never retreats.
He captures the essence of this city,
