Deputy Minister of Health, Hon. Alexander Akwasi Acquah, chaired a strategic meeting with the National Blood Service to promote blood donation ahead of World Blood Donor Day on June 14th.

Nursing trainees in Ghana are celebrating as they finally receive their long-overdue allowances, thanks to the release of GH¢177 million by the government.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the family and friends of Alexander Marfo, father of the renowned highlife musician Kuami Eugene, gathered to pay their final respects at his funeral in Akyem Oda, Eastern Region.
The ceremony marked the culmination of a poignant journey that began with his passing in July 2023, at the age of 75.
As anticipated, the funeral was a grand convergence of mourners from far and wide, united in their condolences. Notable attendees included Hon. Alexander Akwasi Acquah, Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda Constituency, Hon.
