IYKE Fitness in Dormaa had something to boost the fitness and wellness goals for the community this weekend. They had an amazing group jogging exercises and aerobics right outside. The purpose is to influence the community to take a positive step in the fitness journey and make their health a priority.

Mainly great things start small. But with commitment, hard-work and focus it gets to the amazing level.

👉❤️❤️Jerry John Rawlings....A brief look at this young leader.

He was fearless, in control, decisive, purely democratic, a force to recon with, a solid leader for the vision he upheld, a patriot who lived for his people and many more.

He was 32 years old when he took power through a military coup d'etat in 1979, and ruled briefly.
After he gave the power to civilian government under Dr Hilla Limann (who ruled from 24th September, 1979 to 31st December 1981.

Afterwards, he took power again from Dr Limann and ruled from 1981 till 1992 as a Mility Junta. And the people loved him so voted for him to become the President from 1993 to 2001. He died on 12th November 2020. His soul rest in peace.

Then looking back and at how things in country are now, I strongly suggest Ghana needs young brave and dedicated leaders to help prosper the state. We don't need aged people.

Lil Purk Serving 20 Years In Prison For Atlantic Station Double Murder:
Report: A 12 and 15-year-old tragically lost their lives in the 2022 incident. It's always hard to hear about young people losing their lives to senseless gun violence. When those crimes are also committed by underage Americans, emotions run even higher. The latest upsetting case to make the news comes out of Atlanta. There, 16-year-old Lil Purk and his co-defendants were sentenced for the murder of two boys – one 12, the other 15 – outside Atlantic Station in November 2022. As 11Alive News reports, four other individuals suffered injuries as a result of the incident. In total, five of the seven who were arrested have entered guilty pleas for violating the city's Street Gang Act.

The Guinness World Record for the longest Singing Marathon by an individual last over 105 hours was achieved by Sunil Waghmare in India.

A Ghanaian lady, Afua Asantewaa O Aduonum is set to break a Guinness record for longest singing marathon this December.

She is expected to sing for over 117hours or more in order to break the current world record which stands at 105hours and happened in 2012.

She’s not to repeat songs and each song will not be more or less than 2mins. Meaning she’s going to sing over 3,200 Ghanaian songs if she’s to break the current record.

This attempt is strictly for Ghanaian songs. She is doing this to promote Ghanaian music, from Gospel to High Life to Hip Life to Azonto to Afrobeats and etc.

Afua needs our support and we must support her.
