NDLEA arrest

In February 2022, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested Mohbad, Zinoleesky and four other people following their possession of illegal substances like M**A and cannabis at their home in Lekki, Lagos.

Some Viral videos on social media showed NDLEA operatives breaking into the musicians’ home in the Lekki district of Lagos State in the early hours of Thursday morning. According to witnesses, the officials carried out the arrest without any search warrants and mistreated the Marlian singers. The NDLEA officers were seen hitting the musician with clubs and shooting into the air, forcing them into waiting trucks.

NDLEA confirmed the raid, “our men raided an area in Idado estate where Naira Marley’s boys stay.” Quantities of cannabis and molly were recovered from their apartment and car,” he told TheCable Lifestyle. Later, the NDLEA released Mohbad, Zinoleesky and 4 other and three others.

Domestic violence allegation against Naira Marley

After two years, he announced his departure from Marlian Records. On 5 October 2022, Mohbad accused singer Naira Marley of domestic violence and stated that his former boss ordered people to beat him up. When he confronted Marley about his decision to employ a different manager to handle his music and business affairs.

Fe**sh Priest Arrested for Murdering Okada Rider

The Police in Akatsi in the Akatsi South Municipality have arrested a Fe**sh Priest and his girlfriend for murdering Okada Rider. The two are currently in Police custody in Akatsi assisting the police in investigations.

*How the Case Occured*

About two months ago, one Agbogli Louis who is Okada Rider was reported missing, and a report was lodged with the Akatsi police. Upon investigation, the police established that he was hired to Ziope in Agotime-Ziope District by a young lady (Name Yet to be Disclose by the Police). Police chanced upon the information and arrested the young lady at her hideout in Ziope. Upon interrogation, the young lady disclosed that she has sent Agbobli Louis to a Fe**sh Priest in the Republic of Togo. The young lady lead the police to the Fe**sh Priest in Togo where the Fe**sh Priest was arrested. The Fe**sh Priest in his statement admitted to killing the Agbobli Louis for rituals and buried him in his backyard. The police exhumed the body and found out that his head and other Private parts were removed.
The headless body of Agbobli Louis with the suspects was brought to Akatsi this afternoon by the Akatsi Police.

POLICE INTELLIGENCE.

There are massive crowd currently at Akatsi police station to catch a glimpse of the suspects.

After the police found out that the crowd are not leaving the station anytime soon, they gave the Fe**sh Priest police uniform and escorted him out from the crown in District Police Commander's vehicle to a private location. After this, police fired warning shots and finally dispersed the crowd.

Meanwhile, the families of the young lady have backed out of supporting the young lady asking the police to let the law and process work.

The suspects will be put before the court while the headless body has been deposited at the morgue for autopsy and preservation.

Six out of the 39 on board an STC bus travelling from Accra to Cape Coast are said to be in critical condition after the bus was involved in an accident on Monday, April 17.

The bus with registration number GB 1079-20 is said to have veered off the road at Gomoa Buduatta. A tipper truck with registration number GW 7932-22 was also seen somersaulted near-by.

The cause of the accident is not immediately known.
