To the glory of God, the first phase of Gibeath Ha-Elohim was dedicated this morning @ the Naab Naam Tent in Damolg Tindong, in the Upper East region of Ghana.

Gibeath Ha-Elohim which means the hill of God in the Hebrew language is the name of the blessed property established on the piece of land which was formerly the farmland of the late father of Reverend Eastwood Anaba.

It is a multi purpose facility built to provide an auditorium for the people of Damolg-Tindongo and beyond to meet for purposes of education, Christian worship and development.

Reverend Eastwood and his wife Rev Mrs. Rosemond N.W. Anaba built this property mainly in honour of their parents who gave birth to them and raised them to be instruments of positive change in society. Reverend Eastwood and Reverend Mrs. Rosemond N.W. Anaba see this project as a way of giving back to the village that gave them life and the opportunity to serve humankind.

Gibeath Ha-Elohim will provide avenues for enlightenment by providing information and education to the people in the form of secular knowledge and the Word of God. Empowerment by providing the atmosphere for prayer, meditation, impartation of the power of the Holy Ghost and physical, emotional and spiritual support. Entertainment by providing godly entertainment to the youth and the communities as a whole. Equipping the youth through training with the necessary skills and technological knowledge to engage in meaningful and profitable activities that have economic value to alleviate the sufferings of humankind. Entrenchment by establishing spiritual values and attitudes and demonstrating the spirit of excellence in communities to dictate the pace of development and transformation.

Inspector-General of Police Hosts Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council at National Police Headquarters

Today, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the Inspector-General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, welcomed the leadership of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) at the National Police Headquarters.

Led by President of GPCC, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, the Council expressed appreciation for the Police's commendable efforts and engaged in discussions regarding Police preparedness for the upcoming 2024 General Elections.

During the meeting, both parties explored potential areas of cooperation to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the elections.

This collaborative effort is part of the commitment of both the Police and the GPCC to uphold peace and security during the electoral process.

As part of the Ghana Month celebrations in the Perez Dome, the Perez Chapel today, Sunday 17th March 2024, had some cultural displays from the Oti, Eastern, Volta and Greater Accra regions.

The Greater Accra Region as part of their cultural display had the Archbishop Charles Agyinasare enstooled as Nene Mawu Tahuloi I, literally translated to God's Warrior. The ceremony was performed by Shiitse Nii Adotey Barima II of Sempe.

They completed the cultural display with putting a traditional garland, popularly known as nyanyra, on his neck. The nyanyra is a traditional herb known for its medicinal potency as an antiviral, antiulcer and antioxidant treatment. It is also believed to ward of evil spirits.

A 33 year old nursing mother of a 1 year old girl played in the Gambian volleyball team against Ghana.

Sainabou Tambedou is a Computer Science Masters Degree holder. Also a policewoman and was seen feeding her 1 year 3 months old Mariam, moments after an intense duel against Ghana which the Gambia lost by 3 straight sets.
