Back to the language factor in music.🧐 I just realized that this most streamed songs have a bit of English in them 🤔 that mean’s English might get you to a huge audience.

But I also believe Good music transcends language. Diverse language isn't a barrier.
I listen to Kenya Gospel songs all the time but I don’t understand a word of what the song might mean I sing along all the time when I’m listening.

Despacito is the most viewed YouTube video 7.9 Billion views” meanwhile many people including myself do not understand the language.

The Nigeria Ghana music industry conversation comes down to population,The love and acceptance Nigerians have shown Dr Sonnie Badu is evident in his music streams online. The PR, the quality sound and the creativity that were wrapped on his song pushed the craft to the world.

Having a budget for promotion, being consistent and original plays a major role too.

To end I will say Gospel music in Ghana needs more PR.
