Our Story
“Zemixy” (Gage Hagen) first debuted on the 3D Social Networking platform IMVU® back on 11/06/2007. In her earliest appearances she dealt in 2D graphic designs and artwork commissions. It was an opportunity to flex her artistic muscles from her 2D/3D Graphic Design schooling. She continues to visit this platform on occasion, and her old profile still exists today: https://www.imvu.com/next/av/Zemixy/
Her journey continued as she explored her passions for music. She went on to found a brand for her works under the Zemixy name, and she published her first tracks on Soundcloud® back in 2015. That profile and those old musical compositions can be found here: https://soundcloud.com/zemixy
In life outside of the Zemixy name, Gage Hagen has been a performing artist. (https://www.facebook.com/gagehagen/). She was seen in many Open Mic Night bars and live music venues throughout both Texas and Oklahoma. She’s guest-appeared on YouTube® channels and radio stations. And she even went on to teach music in both Virginia and Maryland. One of her greatest accomplishments being when she first published her works on Google Play®. Though a change in Google’s® platform resulted in the Shop portion to be taken down, the Artist page still exists: https://play.google.com/store/music/artist/Gage_Hagen?id=Ap3xjd3vpsh77ztcw5eqardbvpe&hl=en_US Gage began her gender transition in 2016. She was diagnosed as having a hormonal imbalance, and was prescribed Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT). She has never looked back since, and has been leading a much happier life. In exploration of this transition, she went on to gain some schooling in cosmetology. Though life events prevented her from finishing, and her beauty school closed down shortly after.
Video games have been a life-long passion for Gage. Her earliest gaming experiences being when she was less than five years old on her family’s Atari®. From there, her family purchased her first game console for her, the original Sony: PlayStation®. Which sent her passions for gaming into full motion. Having so much time invested, she’s come to view video games as an art form. As well as a vessel to bring people together. She finds herself very deeply invested in characters and stories, and loves to read between the lines to find the deeper underlying meanings in video games. All passions that can still be found in her video game broadcasts today.
