Lyra helped make EVERYTHING for breakfast today. Even plated her own food.
We made sawmill gravy with scrambled eggs and biscuits!
I'm so proud of her. She loves helping in the kitchen. Cooking is such an important skill to have.

I'm not going to cry...

My baby girl, I can't believe you're already three years old!
From the moment you came into this world and looked right at me and Daddy, I was in love!
You are a shining star in my life. Your love for singing, drawing, dancing and just being your crazy little self brings so much joy into my life.
You're always ready to learn something new! Whether it be about ocean animals, dinosaurs or lately mythical creatures of fantasy, you're ready bright eyes sparkle with the stories I tell you of these animals and creatures.
I love that Halloween is your FAVORITE holiday, and not even for the candy but for the 13 ft tall horrifying creatures displayed in our neighborhood.
My wish for you is that you always want to keep making friends. You're such a social butterfly and I hope no matter what the future holds you keep your shining personality and all that sass!

I made teriyaki salmon over sushi rice with all these fresh toppings, and sriracha! It was so good I'm sad I don't have leftovers 😂 making this again!!
