11:15 AM MDT Wednesday, June 21 -- An outbreak of severe thunderstorms is becoming more likely across the high plains of southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska Panhandle this afternoon through late tonight. Thunderstorms will initially develop after 2 PM along or in the vicinity of the higher terrain along the Laramie Range, intensifying rapidly and increasing in coverage as they track to the east later in the afternoon and evening.
