***LONG POST ALERT*** And it's only for those that are genuinely interested in supporting a cause... Folks don't normally really care about a cause until (God forbid) it hits home... 🗣️So start caring so that you can receive the same positive energy back WHEN/IF it's your turn!!
Happy Hump Day!! As you all may know our baby girl Tyanna is in the 2nd grade... Her first couple of years in school has been cheated because of COVID... So she is a little behind her peers in academics... It's such a struggle juggling 4 other kids and our own careers while trying to work with baby girl to catch up... BUT she has had an AMAZING teacher this year and because of her Tyanna is well on her way to 3rd grade confidently!
Last week was teacher appreciation week... Mrs. Rivera (Tyanna's teacher) felt so loved all week... By the kids, faculty and parents. Just a few weeks before she informed all the parents about her illness and how she needs a kidney... See her message below 👇🏽... All the little ones know of her condition and they make sure to love her with all of their little hearts...
So, with that being said one of the parents put together a fundraiser to help her with the upcoming expenses during her journey to find a kidney.
To raise money for her, she is selling boxes of cards as part of PaperPie’s Cards for a Cause program. These beautiful, handmade cards are an incredible value at only $1 each or less. They easily compare with the $5 cards you find in gift shops and even with the cost of shipping added in (if not local), you’re paying less than $1.34 each! If you are anything like my wife... You buy cards in bulk and ready for any occasion... ESPECIALLY when you have as many kids, events and businesses as we do!
