ITS ABOUT TO GO DOWN! Don’t call the fire department cause we smoking in the backyard. Dry rub marinated over night, slow smoked for the next six to seven hours at 200 degrees. These ribs going to be SMACKIN!! Five racks, three just the dry rub, two are going to be glazed with some BBQ sauce for the last hour. I will post pictures of the mid process and finished product. Smoking on my Pro Series Smoker.
