Our very own Esports Development Director: Ponkans! 😍

Exemplary wouldn't even begin to describe Zoe's transformative impact during her inaugural year with Oblation Esports.

Following a narrow miss in qualifying for the Alliance Games National Conference, Zoe stepped into the role of Head Manager, catalyzing a remarkable evolution within the team and across OBE as a whole. Under Zoe's stewardship, OBE Valorant underwent a profound renaissance. She revolutionized communication channels, revitalized the team's Discord server, and implemented streamlined processes for booking scrims and coordinating with a professional coach. Zoe introduced comprehensive internal documents for player development and game analysis, ensuring meticulous preparation for every competitive encounter.

Beyond her role with OBE Valorant, Zoe assumed the position of Oblation Esports Deputy Head, where her innovative systems were replicated across OBE teams. Her impact extended even further as OBE ventured into new game titles such as NBA2K, Teamfight Tactics, Smash Bros Ultimate, and Tekken, where Zoe's expertise in team management and development proved indispensable.

Beyond her contributions to OBE, Zoe also serves as the UAAP General Secretary for the UP Esports Varsity Team, collaborating closely with the UAAP Esports Director to manage team affairs, coordinate with the UP Office for Athletics and Sports Development, liaise with professional coaches, and maintain sponsor relationships. She is a staunch advocate for Women in Esports. She recently took on the role of Esports Development Director at Aureole Esports, an all-female organization competing in VCT Game Changers.

Zoe Monique Soliva’s meteoric rise and profound impact on Oblation Esports make her an exemplary candidate for Rookie Leader of the Year. Her dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to team success have set a new standard within and beyond.

Last week, our ladies from the Aureole Esports Main Team secured the 2nd Runner Up spot in Bonaksu Gaming's All Female Valorant Tournament Season 6. Massive congratulations to our dedicated team for their hard work and passion that led to this achievement and of course, this wouldn't be possible without the guidance of Coach Venzee! This is just the beginning, keep an eye out for these fresh faces.
