Completed Death Guard: Combat Patrol. Planning to build a full-fledged Death Guard army in the long run for the sake of rotting fluff.
Took a couple of months of purposeful procrastinating and this was the final result. Quite a pleasure to complete each individual piece.

It’s true, emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitive dysphoria aren’t included in ADHD diagnostic criteria.

One of the most impairing symptoms of ADHD is emotional dysregualtion, and for that to not be officially recognized in the DSM makes the ADHD diagnostic criteria incomplete and inadequate.

Up to 70% of adults with ADHD frequently struggle to regulate their emotions.

Emotional dysregulation can look like:
▫️ Being quick to anger
▫️ Struggling to monitor and evaluate emotional experiences
▫️ Difficulty balancing the intensity or duration of emotions
▫️ Having a low frustration tolerance
▫️ Becoming stressed easily
▫️ Experiencing sudden mood swings

Not only that, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) is another related symptom of ADHD that isn’t recognized by the DSM.

It refers to elevated emotional sensitivity to both real and perceived rejection or judgment from others. This can cause significant emotional and physical pain or discomfort.

Overlooking these critical components of ADHD can have grave consequences, and

In order to understand ADHD, we need a much more inclusive model of what the condition looks like. 

Until then, we risk leaving countless people without the help they need, as well as a large gap in our collective understanding of ADHD.

Akira Toriyama, creator of the Dragon Ball series has passed away at the age of 68. He is a legend in anime and gaming, his work includes Dr. Slump, Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, and other classic works.

Sneak peak of my project completed. Haven't finished the base yet. Despite reading a lot about how hard it was to paint this model, I found it rather easy. Maybe because I've been trim painting from day one. It wasn't really an issue. But the stats for this mini doesn't do the looks justice. It's so big and menacing..

Chaos Knight Abominant with weapon cofiguration. I still suck at magnetizing. The proper placement would make a decent swap for both sides. But I've got specific sides due to a silly mistake which my dyslexic mind can't overcome.

Biggest project so far. Chaos Knight Abominant. Fully magnetized torso, armor, faceplate, top shell, pauldrons and weapons. Decided to use Black Legion colors for a first. Planning to build a few more.

My Chaos Termies. Took awhile to finish because I was experimenting with the base. As you can see, I tried to imitate a lava effect to my best ability. Happy for the effort and am confident to further make more and improve. A long time coming, behold. My Chaos Space Marine Terminators. And an additional five more to assemble later on.
