In this Episode of Eye in the Sky, we've got the VDV up against the British on Black Coast. Both teams not only had some great vehicle crews, but the infantry squads also showed up and worked perfectly to make this one of the longest battles I've seen. Mechanized combat is INSANELY fun to watch when it works, and it worked PERFECTLY here.

This picture might not be a big deal for most of yall, but this is the first time in a month I've been able to wear a shoe on my left foot.

My knee surgery was April 4th, and ever since, the swelling has been so bad that I've gone with only one shoe. And for the first half of that my wife had to put it on for me. The swelling was so bad I was actually prescribed heavy duty anti-inflammatory pills in addition to pain killers, an had to wear both an ace wrap and compression sock.

Today? Not only did I put my socks on by myself, but also my shoes. I can't believe how tough it was, but I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Two weeks until I can begin to start walking again. 💪

FINALLY OUT AND ABOUT 🌞 Day 6 of rehab and in addition to my usual exercises, I'm finally getting some proper sun and fresh air with the fam. The mental aspect of sitting on a couch or stuck inside for 3 weeks can't be understated. Zooming around in this scooter and actually feeling SUN again is awesome. 😎

Really this whole thing just reminds me how much I miss being able to walk with my kids and go on runs. 3 more weeks until I can begin walking again! 💪

Nearing the two week mark since knee surgery.

Trying to get work done in constant pain, only to be rewarded with more pain, is tough.

4 months out until full recovery. This injury is just making me want to get at it even more, even if it's just 10, 15, 20 minutes at a time.
