HAPPY NEW YEAR

Whether 2023 was a year of achieving goals or a year of just getting by, I know the transition into a new year isn't a magical reset where the bad things that happened are gone and we can suddenly do all the things we couldn't do before, but it's still a marker, a time to pause and consider what's next.

I'd like to think that 2024 will be what we shape it to be. It's great to have goals, but not everything is within our control so just doing our best and doing what we can is enough. We can't be at our best all the time. So let's be kind to ourselves, celebrate even the smallest progress we make on our own individual journeys, and keep pushing forward as much as we are each able to. Don't be afraid to lean on others for support, advice and laughter. Never forget the laughter!

Let's approach this year with the aim to make it better than the last, whatever that means to each of us. Here's to a year of growth, kindness, better health, and resilience. Cheers to making 2024 our year, no matter what it throws at us.
