What a phenomenal set from the Metal legends that are Wolfsbane. An unforgettable performance which was definitely 'All or Nothing'.

Such a pleasure to have worked again with Celtic Folk Musician Olivia Graham to film the video for her latest Brontë inspired creation ‘Cathy’. Shot high up on the beautiful Ilkley Moor in Yorkshire we aimed to create a cinematic video taking in the unique landscape. We forgot to take in to account the unique ‘3 seasons in a day’ Yorkshire weather, but this played into our hands with the gale force gusts and driving rain. Some things are worth getting soaked to the skin for.

What an immense pleasure it was to be present at the Welcome Ceremony for the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 at the Yorkshire Museum in the beautiful Museum Gardens, York. The teams of Canada, Fiji, New Zealand and Spain were all in high spirits and the atmosphere in the room was electric. We then experienced a beautiful Waiata sung by the Fiji XV which left the room awestruck. Such a powerful hymn which the recording doesn’t give it the justice it deserves.

It was such a pleasure to work with the multi talented Celtic Musician Olivia Graham to plan and shoot the video for her latest song White Roses. Combining Drone footage and multiple shoots around York including the historic Guildhall and Monk Bar to accompany a beaurifully moving song composed, played and sung by Olivia herself about King Richard III and the discovery of his body under a car park in Leicestershire. I wish her every success.

Well this was a challenge and a half. My first ever virtual photoshoot for Burnt Out Wreck. Getting us all together in one place proved a challenge, so 4 head to toe phone photographs were sent to me which were edited and then converted to video in LTX Buzz and Photoleap. The videos were then screen captured before being composited in Photoshop with the bands logo and photo stock skull imagery. The strange thing is I never touched a camera once.

As a young boy I was always fascinated by cameras and photographs. I was intrigued by all the different numbers on the lenses and dials, and wondered if someday I would understand what it all meant. My continuing apprenticeship and the desire to never stop learning about photography continues to bring me immense satisfaction, especially when I receive feedback from my customers.
