Soundsphere's Dom Smith talks about self-care in the music industry at Visionary Music Festival 2022
Here's the full chat with Jade and myself (Dom) from Visionary Music Festival 2022, where I get to talk about how important I think self-care is in the music industry, just to avoid burnout!
Comment from Jade: "My favorite moment in your spotlight experience was when you talked about the importance of self-care as a musician. I do agree that sometimes musicians experience burnout because they are so focused on their craft and their creativity. It isn't worth losing family and friends by not finding the time or energy to carve out nurturing those relationships. It's important to have balance! So very powerful!!"
Cheers everyone for their support of Soundsphere magazine, Wobbling About And Rocking Out - WARO, Gimme A Hull Yeah and all the other projects I get to be involved in! <3
