Chicken and Broccoli Scramble

Ingredients:

Chopped broccoli

Chicken breast (diced or shredded)
2-3 eggs
Olive oil or butter
Garlic (optional)
Salt, pepper, and any spices you like (paprika, chili flakes, etc.)

Steps:

Heat a pan with a little olive oil or butter.

Cook the diced chicken breast until golden and fully cooked.

Add the chopped broccoli (and garlic, if using) to the pan.
Stir-fry until tender but still slightly crisp.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour them over the chicken and broccoli.

Gently scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked.

Serve hot and enjoy a delicious, low-carb breakfast that’s both filling and nutritious!
