Absolutely stoked to meet my hero Nick Butler the creator of ground breaking hot rods like the "Revenge" Model T C cab, Andromeda and Nykilodeon Model T's to name a few. All thre of these cars were at the Mustang 60th Birthday show at Brooklands. Revenge was the cover car for July 1978 edition of Hot Car magazine. I got to tell him how I saw Revenge drive past me while walking home from school. My eyes fell out and my jaw hit the pavement :-) Such a lovely man. Made my day!! Oh... The Ford Capri Mk1 has been a big part of my life. My dad bought one new and was later owned by me. I went on to buy another 4. So when I decided to create a new illustration of the Mk1, I wanted as many variations as I could. Pre facelift with or without fog lamp covers, R pack black bonnet option. Power bulge or no power bulge. Even the Capri Special in Vista Orange.
If asked I can remove the foglights and change grille to silver on the pre facelift.

1972 on facelift model with big headlights and GXL version. Also RS3100 in all factory colours.
Work has started on early and late RS2600.

Currently working on the Capri Mk1 facelift which has a narrower drop in the middle of the bonnet to allow for the larger headlights.
Indicators were moved to the bumper.

The Es**rt RS1600i was introduced in September 1981 with 2600 cars sold in the UK. Today only 103 are on the road and 369 on sorn.
This print is available in the six colour options offered by Ford.

In 1979 Ford launched the Es**rt Harrier to celebrate winning the Lombard RAC rally eight times. Limited to 1500 cars.
Featuring distinctive three tone stripes, Recaro seats with fishnet headrests and available in Diamond White or Stratos Silver.

These illustrations celebrate these rare Es**rts and would make an ideal gift for the Es**rt fans.

Last night we filmed episode two of the MGC build!

Kev and I work so well as a team and I genuinely enjoy filming stuff like this more so sometimes than reviews.

We’ve got some parts on order with MGOC Spares but tomorrow’s video is all about prep and good foundations.

I am exhibiting at the Motoring Literary & Art Festival at Silverstone. Set up started on Friday night/Saturday morning. I took the opportunity to view the star car exhibition before the doors opened. Some amazing rare and unique cars. Looking forward to tomorrow.
