Episode 16 was a breakthrough for me. I managed to speak about one of the darkest moments in my life. The time when I ventured out into the sea with the full intent of never returning. I’m still hear and kicking. Back from the edge. It’s been a big part in my development being able to share this. I hope it helps you or someone you know to be more open or at least understand that we all deserve help and can speak up in the name of support and growth. If you’ve ever felt this way, I’m sorry. It’s rife and it’s awful. You are not alone. Su***de is not the answer.
