Some what I am eating during my 6 week weight loss challenge, losing weight doesn’t have to be boring or hard.
Morrisons Best Old English Chipolates, beans and egg breakfast and a tasty Chilli Tuna Crunch bowl salad for lunch yesterday.
Week 1 weight loss 2kg circa 4lbs and haven’t been hungry all week sticking to below 2040 calories.
Calorie Goal is calculated by MyFitness Pal and based on losing 2lb per week.
I will post the ingredients for the Chilli Tuna Crunch Salad later, I tried to screenshot on my phone and it was too long 😂😂😂😂 the entire bowl was 316 calories and very filling
