This month we would have been exploring Vietnam 🇻🇳 However, Sean became unwell in Thailand and we had to get a flight home quickly. He is still poorly and in pain but is currently having tests and a procedure done to find out what is going on.

The procedure involved the removal of a lump and 20x biopsy’s being taken. The worst thing we’ve been told it could be is cancer but we’re hoping that’s not the case. We have paused travelling, the most important thing right now is Sean’s health.

The Koh Nang Yuan viewpoint is the most scenic and popular viewpoint in all of Koh Tao and the surrounding islands! 😍

The path to the top is filled with stairs which are fairly steep and going up them in the heat is a whole new story 🥵

Tip 💡 avoid going around the time the boat trips arrive at the island. This is because the queue at the top for the viewpoint/photo spot will be longer! Don’t forget to take a drink with you.

Koh Tao is beautiful but did you know you can visit this island that’s less than a 15 minute long tail boat ride away?!

The island of Koh Nang Yuan consists of 3 islands connected by sand bars 🤯 From the beach you can hike up to the viewpoint which also takes approx 15 minutes.

Take your snorkels with you! I was gobsmacked at the size of some of the fish! 😮

Just a note: there is a 250 baht entry fee 😅

I’ve always wanted to visit a beach filled with piggy’s! 🐷
