Back in the mists of time, well, in 2016, a newspaper poll said that the top new year's resolutions were health-related:

⦁ exercise more
⦁ drink less alcohol
⦁ eat healthier
⦁ quit smoking.

Within the top 20 resolutions was also 'move home'.

Some people think that the middle of Winter isn't the best time to let a property but that's a fallacy.

We often find this to be one of the best times of the year to let a property.

When the weather turns nicer, there tend to be more tourists, or even local, window shoppers. People wanting to move now are usually more committed.
