This animation will be used by organisations across the Homelessness sector to understand strengths-based working." Here's the other mini social media edit we created for the Aspire Federation. This video focused more on staff support and professional development. We incorporated subtitles for accessibility and converted the edit to a square format to increase mobile engagement. We often do this to make a longer case study video work harder. Sharing a recent filmed video project we did for The Aspire Federation. They're a specialist provision of SEND schools that needed a promotional video to attract new staff. We interviewed various members of current staff at 2 sites to share their opinions. It was genuinely heartwarming to hear how much they enjoy the work, and career progression and how much they're valued by the federation, and it really showed in the final edit. We created 1 longer video for use on the website and meetings, then 2 shorter versions for them to share on social media, and they were delighted with the videos! Here's one of the mini edits. Here's the latest animation we created for OnSide. We designed it in the same style as the previous video project, and young people from around the country who attend youth zones provided the statements and their voices for it. We also included sound design to help create a sombre and immersive experience - really emphasising how hard life is for many at the moment and how important youth zones are.
