Right now, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. If you’re someone who loves being part of the action and enjoys working on projects big and small, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow quickly within our company.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, helping our production and technical teams bring events to life. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep everything running smoothly.
- A passion for or experience in live events – if you love the buzz, you’ll fit right in!
- Strong communication abilities, both spoken and written.
- A commitment to providing top-notch customer service and anticipating client needs at meetings, on-site, and beyond.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Solid IT skills and a willingness to embrace new cloud-based software.
Being an intermediate user of Microsoft Office is a plus.
Heads up: This role will involve some overtime, weekend work, and the possibility of extended periods on-site, so flexibility is key!
