Spun the camera for an hour and caught a bit of everything: the early stages of the old Wilko being transformed into a new Lidl, a high street peddler, and police flying past on a blue-light run.

The transformation went aheadl! 🏙️

Looking back at Watford's Skyline: 3 years ago vs Now. It is wild to see how much the area has changed and grown in such a short amount of time.

The Exchange Watford by Berkeley Group is a massive change for the St Albans Road and Penn Road area.
Bringing a total of 249 private rental units to the former retail park site.
The first block, Union Court, had homes ready for occupancy early on, while the subsequent phase at Dart House is scheduled for completion in late 2027.

💵 Did you or someone you know lose £20 today?❓

I found a cleanly folded £20 note on Printers Avenue earlier today. Because I had a pressing doctor's appointment right at that exact moment, I unfortunately couldn't stick around long outside to wait for whoever dropped it to come back looking.

Since it's anonymous cash and I don't need it myself, I didn’t want it just sitting in my pocket.

I’ve decided to pass the luck forward and put it to good use by donating it to charity today.

The falling glass in 1990 was actually the first warning sign of a severe, systemic architectural blunder. It wasn't just a loose pane; the materials used for the roof and walls were completely wrong for a tropical water park environment:

High levels of chlorine in the warm pool water evaporated, condensed on the ceiling, and mixed with moisture to form a dilute hydrochloric acid. Lack of proper ventilation.
