A few weeks ago we had the task of making a pre-wedding video for the father of the bride to play at his daughter’s wedding. We’ve heard the video went down very well on the big day and we are super pleased to be involved in creating such a special and fun video for Pete and his family.

We scanned photos across Pete’s Daughters life and filmed Pete in the studio (Lux Studios) doing a dance routine to My Girl followed by a short speech before putting it all together in the edit to music of Pete’s choice.

We had a busy day filming a product video using Medical Carrier bags and security seals for in the office yesterday using the Canon R5C and turntable.

We used a combination of 24-35mm sigma art f/2 and 50mm sigma art f/1.4 lenses and a 3 light setup.

Today, we were in the town of Erith filming at the headquarters, creating a recycling process video for their security seal products.

It was a really enjoyable day, and we took our time with shot variety. We captured gimbal shots on our DJI RS2/Canon R5C shooting planned scenes with some of the Versapak team, macro shots on the Canon C70 with our Laowa 24mm probe lens, drone shots (indoors and outdoors) on the DJI Mini 3, and also some slider shots using our C70 on our GVM Pro Slider.

We tried out a few new pieces of equipment today, including the Canon RF 15-35 L lens, which is an absolute beast, our new 150CM Godox softbox, and a few other items, all of which impressed us.

Overall, we are really happy with what we captured today and hope to produce more videos like this in the coming months, as we really enjoy being on-site capturing product-based videos.

We had a great shoot this week working with our friends at the in London inside the brilliant Underbelly Boulevard venue for .

Thank you to for having us film with them today at the Tonbridge office, we had an enjoyable day speaking with some of your team across the day.

Slightly different light setup to usual today as we had to work with big reflections from the window, we decided to bounce the light quite well from the ceiling to get the flat look we needed and are pleased with the results. - Now onto post-production. 🎬🎥

We had a wonderful time back in filming with and Visa. It was a pleasure working with you guys again, as always and thank you for getting us involved!

The Matchbox Team focused on capturing the whole event on video and photography and we are looking forward to getting the edit started!

It was the 3rd time we have filmed in Berlin but the first in the late spring and we were gifted with brilliant weather and great food & drink across the whole time we were there. Looking forward to going back again in October.

At yesterday’s Causeway Mental Health Awareness Event in Frameless London, our team had the privilege of working alongside Causeway Technologies for the second time this week.

With a crew of three videographers and one photographer (Thank you for your hard work), we immersed ourselves in the event, documenting the impactful discussions and meaningful interactions.

In an atmosphere of support and understanding for mental health in construction, we focused on capturing the essence of the event through the powerful stories on stage and the insightful interviews from some of the attendees to support the upcoming highlights film. We filmed a short film with Matt and Trevor the week before which was shown on the big screen at the event too which we hope had a big reaction within the room as it was quite a powerful story Matt told on camera.

Thank you, Causeway Technologies, for getting us involved in this event. We look forward to sharing the compelling content we gathered, contributing to the vital conversation around mental health.

Yesterday we were back at Maidstone Hospital filming some induction videos in the education centre.

With the quick turnaround in mind, we used the atem extreme pro iso to record each camera and audio source individually and live mix the day in real time, but also have the ability to edit any cuts in post too.

More Quest Boxing League action last night, this time we were filming at the famous Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey!

📸 Behind the Scenes at "The Nurseries" with in Sutton Valence, Kent! ☀️

It was a sizzling hot day yesterday, and poor Matt learned the hard way - never wear a dark grey T-shirt in this weather! 😅

We flew the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone over the site, and it handled like a champ in the bright conditions with the ND 32 filter. So nice not having to use a phone as a monitor.

Plus, a first-time combo with the DJI RS3 Mini and Canon R5C, and the results were surprisingly good despite the weight! As much as the C70 is our main cameras, the canon R5C is impressing every time we use it.

Our trusty Canon C70 took the spotlight for those smooth slider shots, paired with the incredible Sigma 14mm F/1.8 Art lens. 🎥✨

We had a great time capturing some fantastic footage, even if Matt had to battle those sweat patches. 🤣

Can’t wait to share the final video with Millwood Designer Homes! 🏡🎬

On Monday, we were at Lux Studios in Boughton Monchelsea, working on a series of short marketing videos for our client

We used our Canon C70 paired with a 50mm Sigma F/1.4 art lens for shooting the content in front of a green screen and we are really pleased with the results!
