Missing From Home Appeal - Ian Virtue
Merseyside Police is becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of a 23-year-old man who has been missing from home since Sunday, 11 May.

Ian Virtue was last seen by his grandmother at their home at about 10.30pm on Haven Road, Aintree.

Since being reported missing officers have been actively seeking Ian. House-to-house enquiries have been carried out and detectives are viewing CCTV to establish his whereabouts.

Family and friends are very concerned and are appealing to Ian, or anyone who may know where he is, to contact the police.

Ian is described as white, about 5ft 5in tall, of a thin build with short cropped hair. He was last seen wearing a black and grey Berghaus coat, black combat trousers with navy Adidas trainers.

Ian is known to frequent parks and wooded areas in the Croxteth and wider Liverpool area.

Officers would urge Ian, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, to contact Merseyside Police on the 101 number or the Missing Persons helpline on 116000.
