“Morning, I just thought I'd give you an update on my first week. I did struggle with the head hunger for the first couple of days after the initial having a headache and dry gob. But that did pass. I'm still eating regularly like making sure I have breakfast and tea, sometimes lunch. Official weigh in day would be tomorrow but as of today I've still lost a few ounces over 4lb. Which is an actual miracle in the winter cos its carb season! I have steadily been putting weight on since the end of September when I had my foot operation. And I've lost all that I have gained in one week!”
